As Operations Director, Daren provides strong team leadership and will administer direction to ensure that all members of staff understand their role whilst delivering the project on time and to a high-quality standard. He will manage the on-site delivery teams in terms of resource management, progress, partnering, quality, cost, performance monitoring, CSR initiatives, and oversee health and safety.

Daren is primarily focused on the operational management and quality of fire remediation projects of existing buildings for several clients. He is involved from pre-planning stages through to completion; sign-off and issuing of EWS1 certification from fire consultants.

He will direct, supervise, control and co-ordinate quality throughout the build process and facilitate a lifelong safe building for occupants. He fosters a culture of continuous improvement and leads the team to continuously monitor, test building materials, components, and systems during the construction phase using benchmark and mock-up and key safety indicators. He takes responsibility for the management and co-ordination of safety and quality checks that are managed at key stages such that any alterations or deviations are approved and do not impact on the building safety for end-users.
