Below is a small selection of recent projects we have undertaken where we completed on time and on budget as well as some ongoing new builds recently started. 

PROSPECT PLACE

Prospect Place is Bellway Homes’ large and prestigious development of waterfront apartments on the western shore of Cardiff Bay. The complete development is a mixeduse development of 971 residential units, health and fitness centres, retail and restaurant units creating a new community on reclaimed land. Arte have been engaged by their sister company Jessella to act as PC & construction management support to deliver the re-cladding works.

DALSTON JUNCTION

This major residential development in Dalston includes a new East London Line station and a public square. The scheme’s 650 apartments are arranged in clusters of mid-rise towers of varying height. The development has contributed significantly to reinvigorating a part of East London, with the scheme playing a central role in raising the profile of Dalston as one of London’s most fashionable and creative regeneration hotspots.Arte have been engaged by their sister company Jessella to act as PC & construction management support to deliver the re-cladding works.

DRAKE PLACE

The Drakes Place development transformed a long-vacant brownfield site that was owned by the HCA, creating 75 much-needed new homes. The joint venture provided 49 homes for private sale, 26 for affordable rent and six for shared ownership, split across a mix of contemporary one and two bedroom flats and two and three bedroom houses. This project was procured and led by Andy Baker, Managing Director of Arte Construction while working for a previous employer.

Goodstone Court

Developed in partnership with Catalyst Housing Group, Goodstone Court was the new build development of a former public house in Harrow. The development involved demolition of the existing pub that was situated on the site and clearance and remediation of contamination of the whole site area to enable construction to start. This project was procured and led by Andy Baker, Managing Director of Arte Construction while working for a previous employer.

HART HILL

Homes for Luton, Catalyst Housing, Luton Borough Council and Luton Learning worked inpartnership to deliver 150 homes across three sites Falconers Road, Wigmore Lane and Hart Hill. Each site had a mix of homes for rent, shared ownership and sale, and rejuvenated previously run-down, derelict areas, creating attractive and environmentally friendly neighbourhoods for the residents. This project was procured and led by Andy Baker, Managing Director of Arte Construction while working for a previous employer.

Craven Park

Catalyst Housing Group in partnership with the London Borough of Neasden developed 161 homes within the Church End estate. This estate regeneration transformed an area of London’s ageing housing stock into new and attractive housing for locals and new tenants. The estate was redeveloped in five phases, all of which are now complete. Andy Baker, Managing Director led the redevelopment of Church End and successfully handed back to Catalyst over 500 homes. This project was procured and led by Andy Baker, Managing Director of Arte Construction while working for a previous employer.

WIGMORE LANE
