Trevor is the Commercial Director at Arte Construction and is responsible for all commercial and financial matters within the business.

Trevor’s career started as a Quantity Surveyor within the social and private housing sector. Working at Willmott Dixon for over 10 years, then moving on to Engie/Keepmoat to work on larger scale projects. This expanded into managing several members of staff within the Commercial team as well as estimating and cost planning.

With over 17 year’s experience in the industry, he was able to join the Arte Construction team and play a key role in the businesses growth, estimating duties and commercial delivery of much needed fire remediation works.

Trevor has experience of being the lead surveyor and estimator/cost planner on a multitude of schemes, as well as fire remediation since joining Arte Construction.

Key attributes include:

• Accurate and real time reporting, monitoring and management of CVR’s across the business.

• Identifying potential risks and opportunities and ensuring the avoidance and resolution of any commercial disputes.

• Ensuring correct and fair administration of all contracts, as well as reviewing all contract conditions.

• Full responsibility for cash collection and payments to the supply chain are made within contractual payment terms.

• Forecasting turnover, profit and setting the business plan, as well as the execution of such.

• Achieving timely and equitable solutions of final accounts settlements.
